FAQ
What is the turnaround time?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your online gallery to be completed.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of booking to secure your date and time slot. The retainer for each session is $50 and will be applied towards your balance. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours of your session.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand things may come up and you may need to reschedule. Please notify me ASAP so we can find a new date/time. A new retainer will not be required unless you do not communicate and do a no call/no show or if you try to reschedule for a second time. If you cancel a new non-refundable retainer will be required for feature bookings.
